Our Verdict
For merchants seeking an immediate and demonstrable increase in perceived trust and a relatively effortless implementation, Conversion Bear Trust Badges is the clear choice. Its high rating and numerous positive reviews provide strong social proof. The app's extensive badge library and customization options allow merchants to tailor the look and feel to their brand. However, merchants who are focused on data-driven optimization and are willing to invest the time and effort to set up and analyze A/B tests should consider CSS A/B Testing. However, the complete lack of ratings or reviews makes it a risky proposition, and caution is advised. If CSS A/B Testing manages to acquire favorable reviews, it may become an interesting option for merchants who have already implemented trust badges and want to move towards more advanced data driven changes.
