Conversion Bear Trust Badges vs Social Media Live Counterfor Shopify (2026)
Conversion Bear Trust Badges and Social Media Live Counter both aim to increase customer trust and conversion rates, but they employ drastically different approaches. Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with immediately alleviating security concerns and instilling confidence in their checkout process, Conversion Bear Trust Badges is the clear winner. Its extensive badge library and detailed styling options offer greater control over the visual presentation of trust signals. However, if a merchant has a substantial and actively managed social media following, Social Media Live Counter offers a compelling way to leverage that presence as social proof, potentially attracting customers who value brand popularity and engagement.
Essentially, Conversion Bear is ideal for directly addressing potential security skepticism. Social Media Live Counter is more suited for building brand credibility indirectly by highlighting social media success. Merchants can use both, placing Social Media Live Counter higher on the page, and Conversion Bear close to the 'Buy Now' or checkout area.
