Our Verdict
Conversion Bear Trust Badges is a robust choice for any Shopify merchant looking to immediately boost their perceived security and increase conversion rates. Its wide array of customizable badges and easy placement make it a quick win. Veil ‑ Hide Sold Variants is ideal for merchants who frequently manage inventory with items that often sell out. It helps maintain a clean and uncluttered storefront, improving the shopping experience, preventing customer frustration, and preventing clicks to variants that cannot be purchased. In cases where a merchant wants to improve customer trust and manage product availability with many size or color options, both apps would be beneficial.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to install?
Based on the descriptions, Conversion Bear Trust Badges seems slightly easier with its one-click copy-paste installation. Veil ‑ Hide Sold Variants appears straightforward but does not mention such an immediately simple process.
Which app has better customer support?
It's difficult to determine customer support quality based on the provided information. The higher rating and significantly larger number of reviews for Conversion Bear Trust Badges *might* suggest a more satisfactory customer experience overall, but it's not definitive.
Which app is more suitable for a store selling apparel with many sizes and colors?
Veil ‑ Hide Sold Variants is more suitable. Apparel frequently has sold-out sizes and colors. Hiding unavailable variants ensures a better shopping experience. However, Conversion Bear would also improve trust in a checkout and prevent any concerns about the store itself.
