Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing comprehensive GDPR compliance with detailed consent tracking and reporting, CookiePal: GDPR Compliance is the more suitable option. Its direct script integration also suggests a focus on website performance. However, merchants primarily concerned with maximizing cookie acceptance for enhanced marketing data and are willing to offer discounts, might find Discount Cookie ‑ GDPR banner a more effective solution. It is crucial to consider whether incentivizing acceptance aligns with their privacy policy and customer trust. The lack of reviews for Discount Cookie also makes it a riskier choice compared to CookiePal.
