Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Lift: Charity and Donations appears to be the stronger choice for merchants looking for a well-received, flexible donation platform. The existing positive reviews are a significant advantage, along with its wider range of giving options and multi-channel support, making it suitable for a variety of merchants from NGOs to businesses integrating giving into their brand. Cool Climate Club is an interesting option for businesses specifically wanting to focus on reforestation in Canada, offering a tangible environmental impact that can be directly shared with customers. However, the lack of reviews is a major red flag and makes it risky for merchants who want more certainty.
