Our Verdict
For scaling Shopify merchants seeking a comprehensive, automated post-purchase solution that handles tracking, returns, exchanges, warranty management, and shipping protection, Corso is likely the better choice. It offers a broader feature set and dedicated support, albeit potentially at a higher cost. However, for merchants primarily concerned with shipping protection and keen on retaining all the revenue generated from it while maintaining full control over the program, Shipping Protection —Shipcheck is a compelling alternative. This is particularly true for those with a low claim rate and a desire to improve their AOV.
