Our Verdict
PostCo Returns & Exchanges is the safer choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its high rating and substantial review count indicate a reliable and well-received product. Merchants prioritizing ease of use and a proven track record will likely be more satisfied with PostCo.
COS Order Returns Manager may be suitable for larger or more complex businesses with specific requirements around return policies (e.g., needing to exclude specific product types from returns), branding, and shipping integrations. However, the low rating and few reviews suggest proceeding with caution and potentially utilizing a trial period to assess its functionality and reliability before committing.
