CP: Order Editing & Upsells vs Deshi Fulfillmentfor Shopify (2026)
CP: Order Editing & Upsells and Deshi Fulfillment, while both touching on order management, cater to vastly different needs. CP: Order Editing & Upsells is positioned as a customer service and AOV enhancement tool, allowing customers self-service order edits post-purchase. Its strength lies in reducing support tickets and increasing revenue through upsells. It targets merchants looking to empower their customers and streamline post-purchase modifications, including address corrections, cancellations, and applying discounts. Deshi Fulfillment, on the other hand, focuses entirely on internal order workflow management. It aims to streamline operations by automating order tag updates throughout the fulfillment process, keeping the team and customers informed about order status. Its target audience is merchants who need better internal coordination and real-time visibility into the order fulfillment pipeline. The core difference is that one is customer-facing (CP: Order Editing & Upsells) while the other is designed for internal operations (Deshi Fulfillment). The lack of ratings or reviews for Deshi Fulfillment makes it difficult to assess its real-world effectiveness.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing customer empowerment and AOV boosts through self-service order management, CP: Order Editing & Upsells is the clear choice. The positive ratings and customer reviews, although limited in number, provide some validation of its effectiveness. Its feature set is also richer, offering address validation and post-purchase upsells.
Deshi Fulfillment caters to a different need: optimizing internal order fulfillment workflows. However, the complete absence of ratings and reviews makes it difficult to recommend, especially given the lack of demonstrable proof of real-world value. Merchants considering Deshi Fulfillment should proceed with extreme caution and perhaps seek out case studies or trials before committing to the app. If internal fulfillment transparency is the sole goal, exploring other, more established tag management solutions might be advisable.
