Our Verdict
The choice between CP: Order Editing & Upsells and Filljoy Order Catch Weights depends entirely on the nature of the products being sold. If a merchant sells standard products and aims to improve the post-purchase experience while reducing support costs, CP: Order Editing & Upsells is the clear choice. Its self-service features, upsell capabilities, and integrations offer a comprehensive solution for enhancing order management. However, if a merchant sells products with variable weights, such as meat, seafood, or cheese, Filljoy Order Catch Weights is essential for accurate pricing and fulfillment. Without it, charging the correct amount would be extremely difficult. Filljoy caters to a niche but crucial requirement for specific types of businesses.
