Our Verdict
For merchants experiencing a high volume of order modification requests and seeking to reduce support workload while potentially increasing AOV, CP: Order Editing & Upsells is the stronger option. Its self-service capabilities, address validation, and upsell features offer significant benefits. The higher number of reviews, although still small, also provides more confidence.
However, if a merchant prefers direct control over order editing and prioritizes internal efficiency for tasks like correcting addresses or tags, Orders Edit | H3 may be more suitable. It's a simpler solution focused on enabling the merchant to make changes quickly and efficiently. The choice depends on the merchant's desired level of control and customer interaction.
