CP: Order Editing & Upsells vs PayU CommercePro Checkoutfor Shopify (2026)
CP: Order Editing & Upsells and PayU CommercePro Checkout address different pain points for Shopify merchants. CP: Order Editing & Upsells focuses on post-purchase order management, aiming to reduce support costs and boost AOV through self-service order editing, address validation, automated refunds/store credit, and post-purchase upsells. Its target audience appears to be merchants experiencing high support ticket volumes related to order changes or incorrect addresses, as well as those seeking to increase AOV. PayU CommercePro Checkout, on the other hand, concentrates on streamlining the checkout process, aiming to improve conversion rates by providing faster checkouts via OTP login, pre-filled addresses, and phone number validation. Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with post-purchase order modifications and aiming to reduce support costs while simultaneously increasing average order value, CP: Order Editing & Upsells appears to be the stronger choice, especially given its significantly higher rating and review count. Its comprehensive feature set addresses a wider range of pain points.
However, if the primary goal is to improve checkout conversion rates by simplifying the login and address entry process, PayU CommercePro Checkout might be considered, though the extremely low rating and single review raise serious concerns about its reliability and effectiveness. Merchants choosing PayU should proceed with extreme caution and thorough testing.
