CP24 Advanced Wishlist vs Loyoly ‑ Loyalty and Referralfor Shopify (2026)
CP24 Advanced Wishlist and Loyoly ‑ Loyalty and Referral both aim to improve customer engagement and retention on Shopify stores, but they approach this goal with drastically different strategies. CP24 Advanced Wishlist focuses on enhancing the shopping experience through wishlists, using features like guest wishlists, multiple wishlists, and personalized reminders (price drops, low stock) to encourage purchase completion. Its web push marketing capabilities further allow merchants to re-engage visitors and customers. Loyoly, on the other hand, concentrates on building a comprehensive loyalty program with features like referral programs, customizable missions, and diverse rewards, ultimately aiming to transform customers into brand advocates by incentivizing specific actions like UGC creation and reviews. The key difference lies in their core functionalities. CP24 targets immediate sales through wishlist optimization and targeted reminders. Loyoly aims for long-term loyalty and brand advocacy through a gamified and highly customizable loyalty program. While both apps share the 'Customer loyalty' category on Shopify, they cater to merchants with different priorities: CP24 is best suited for those looking to directly influence purchasing behavior based on expressed interest, while Loyoly is ideal for businesses wanting to build a community and brand loyalty that extends beyond simple transactions.

Our Verdict
If a merchant's primary goal is to capitalize on customer interest expressed through wishlists and directly influence purchasing decisions with price drops and low-stock alerts, CP24 Advanced Wishlist is the better choice. The web push marketing feature offers additional opportunities to engage and convert customers. However, the relatively low number of reviews is a consideration.
For merchants prioritizing long-term customer loyalty, brand advocacy, and a more comprehensive rewards system, Loyoly ‑ Loyalty and Referral is the more suitable option. Its larger user base (102 reviews) suggests wider adoption and potential community support. The vast array of customizable missions allows for creative engagement strategies beyond simple purchases and referrals, fostering a deeper connection with customers.
