CP24 Advanced Wishlist vs PushBot: Web Push Notificationfor Shopify (2026)
CP24 Advanced Wishlist and PushBot: Web Push Notification both leverage web push technology to enhance customer engagement, but they target different needs. CP24 Advanced Wishlist focuses on enhancing the wishlist experience, providing features like guest wishlists, multiple wishlists, and reminders for price drops and low stock. Its web push capabilities are primarily centered around wishlist items, aiming to re-engage customers with products they've already shown interest in. PushBot, on the other hand, positions itself as a broader web push marketing platform, automating notifications for various stages of the sales funnel, including abandoned carts, shipping updates, and welcome messages. The key difference lies in their core functionality. CP24 integrates the web push within the wishlist experience, catering to merchants looking to enhance product discovery and re-engagement based on saved items. PushBot focuses on automated notifications across the customer journey, aiming to improve conversion rates and customer retention through timely and targeted messaging. The choice between the two depends on whether the merchant prioritizes wishlist-driven engagement or a more comprehensive web push marketing strategy.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with enhancing their wishlist functionality and re-engaging customers based on saved items, CP24 Advanced Wishlist is the better choice. Its focus on wishlist features and web push integration specific to wishlisted products provides a targeted solution. However, for merchants seeking a more comprehensive web push marketing platform that automates notifications across various stages of the sales funnel, PushBot: Web Push Notification is the more suitable option. Its ability to trigger notifications for abandoned carts, shipping updates, and other key events offers a broader approach to customer engagement and conversion optimization. While CP24 boasts a perfect rating, the small number of reviews compared to PushBot's suggest caution. Larger stores with established traffic would likely benefit more from PushBot's broader capabilities.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on descriptions, PushBot likely offers a faster setup for automated notifications like abandoned carts. CP24 may require more configuration to fully customize the wishlist experience and front-store text.
Which app offers better analytics?
Both apps offer analytics, but they focus on different areas. CP24 provides detailed analytics on wishlisted items, while PushBot tracks the overall performance of web push marketing campaigns.
Can I use both apps at the same time?
Potentially, but consider potential overlap and user experience. Using both might lead to redundant notifications if not configured carefully. It would be best to integrate first one after proper planning.
Which app is more suitable for a store with international customers?
CP24's support for all languages through fully manageable front-store text makes it potentially more suitable for stores with a large international customer base where language customization is critical. PushBot's segmentation might also be helpful, but lacks that full front-store language control.
Which app provides better customer support?
The available information does not provide insight into the customer support provided by each app. Review app store reviews for user feedback on support quality.
