CP24 Advanced Wishlist vs PushEngage Web Push & WhatsAppfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, both CP24 Advanced Wishlist and PushEngage Web Push & WhatsApp aim to enhance customer engagement and drive sales for Shopify merchants, but they approach this goal with different primary focuses. CP24 Advanced Wishlist centers around the wishlist experience, leveraging web push for reminders and promotions related to wishlisted items. Its strength lies in providing a comprehensive wishlist solution with features like guest wishlists, multiple wishlists, and multi-device syncing, coupled with analytics to understand customer preferences. It targets merchants looking to deepen customer engagement through wishlist interactions. PushEngage, on the other hand, adopts a broader multichannel approach, integrating web push and WhatsApp to recover abandoned carts, send order updates, and drive repeat purchases. It's designed for merchants prioritizing comprehensive customer re-engagement across multiple channels, particularly those seeking to reduce cart abandonment and proactively communicate with customers post-purchase. While both apps use web push, CP24 uses it mainly for wishlist engagement and PushEngage uses it for a variety of sales boosting functions.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on leveraging the wishlist as a powerful sales tool and deeply understanding customer product preferences, CP24 Advanced Wishlist provides a tailored solution. Its strength lies in its comprehensive wishlist features and analytics, complemented by web push notifications. However, if the priority is a broader customer engagement strategy encompassing multiple channels, abandoned cart recovery, and proactive communication, PushEngage Web Push & WhatsApp is the stronger choice. Its multichannel capabilities and focus on customer re-engagement make it ideal for merchants aiming to maximize sales across the entire customer lifecycle. Larger Shopify Plus stores with dedicated support needs may favor PushEngage given the mention of dedicated support for that tier.
