Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing streamlined data collection through custom forms and file uploads, CP24 Form Builder is a strong contender. Its drag-and-drop interface and Klaviyo integration offer valuable benefits for targeted data gathering and marketing automation. However, given the crucial importance of data privacy in 2026, particularly for businesses operating internationally or handling sensitive customer data, Pandectes GDPR Compliance is arguably more vital. Its comprehensive suite of compliance tools and certifications make it an essential investment for mitigating legal risks and building customer trust. Even if CP24's features seem appealing, merchants should ensure compliance with privacy regulations before implementing any data collection practices, making Pandectes a higher priority for most.
