Our Verdict
The choice between CrazyConvert:AI Bargaining Bot and Enhance: VAT Dual Prices B2B depends entirely on the specific needs of the Shopify merchant. If the primary goal is to actively engage with customers who are on the fence about a purchase and to potentially offer discounts to close the deal, then CrazyConvert is the more suitable option, despite having very few reviews. However, the low review count is a significant risk factor. If the merchant caters to both B2B and B2C customers and needs to ensure VAT compliance and transparent pricing, especially for business customers, then Enhance is the clear choice. The significantly higher number of reviews for Enhance provides much greater confidence in its functionality and reliability.
Common Questions
Which app is better for increasing overall sales?
CrazyConvert aims to increase sales by directly engaging customers and offering personalized discounts. Enhance doesn't directly increase sales but may prevent lost sales due to VAT confusion, particularly for B2B clients.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on their descriptions, Enhance is likely easier to set up, focusing on price display customization. CrazyConvert likely involves a steeper learning curve due to AI configuration and discount rule management.
Which app is more suitable for a merchant selling exclusively to consumers?
Enhance may still be useful to display if your prices are VAT inclusive; however, if you don't want to show VAT excluded prices, CrazyConvert may be more beneficial in converting potential customers.
Which app is better for improving customer satisfaction?
Both apps *aim* to improve satisfaction, but in different ways. CrazyConvert aims to satisfy customers by getting them a 'good deal.' Enhance aims to satisfy B2B customers by providing clear and transparent VAT pricing.
Which app provides more control over pricing?
CrazyConvert provides more dynamic control over pricing as it allows merchants to define discount rules and empower the AI to negotiate. Enhance provides control over *displaying* prices, but not the prices themselves.
