Our Verdict
For stores that value personalized customer engagement and have the bandwidth to manage AI-driven negotiations, CrazyConvert:AI Bargaining Bot might be the better choice, especially if they are targeting high-value sales where a small conversion rate increase can significantly impact revenue. However, given the limited reviews, consider trialing the app to ensure it aligns with your specific needs. For stores aiming for large-scale sales events, needing to manage a large product catalog with complex pricing rules, or needing to create urgency to clear inventory, Rockit Discounts & Sales App is likely the stronger option, backed by a significantly larger number of positive reviews and a focus on bulk operations and scheduled sales.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Rockit Discounts & Sales App likely offers a more straightforward setup due to its focus on scheduled discounts and bulk editing. CrazyConvert, with its AI chatbot and negotiation rules, likely requires more configuration and ongoing monitoring to optimize performance.
Which app is more effective for increasing average order value?
CrazyConvert has the potential to increase average order value by negotiating prices on individual items, but Rockit Discounts & Sales App can also increase it through multi-buy discounts or cross-selling promotions during flash sales.
Which app requires more active management?
CrazyConvert likely requires more active management. While the AI automates negotiations, merchants need to define discount rules, monitor conversations, and potentially adjust strategies based on performance. Rockit Discounts & Sales App requires more upfront effort to schedule and configure sales but less day-to-day management once sales are active.
