CrazyConvert:AI Bargaining Bot vs Singleton | Advanced Discountsfor Shopify (2026)
CrazyConvert:AI Bargaining Bot and Singleton | Advanced Discounts are both Shopify apps focused on pricing strategies, but they approach this goal in fundamentally different ways. CrazyConvert uses an AI-powered chatbot to negotiate prices with individual customers, aiming to convert hesitant shoppers into buyers by finding mutually agreeable deals. It targets merchants looking for a personalized, interactive approach to sales, focusing on relationship building and understanding customer intent. Singleton | Advanced Discounts, on the other hand, focuses on creating automated discounts based on various rules like product selection, customer groups, order volume, and cart total. It's designed for merchants who want to offer standardized, scalable discounts to a broad audience, including wholesale and B2B customers. The emphasis is on motivating customers to spend more through visible discounts and promotional tools, rather than individual negotiation. Therefore, CrazyConvert is more focused on dynamic pricing on a customer level, while Singleton leans towards bulk strategies. Singleton also appears more established, based on user review count.

Our Verdict
If you're a Shopify merchant looking to engage with customers on a one-on-one basis and salvage potentially lost sales through personalized offers, CrazyConvert:AI Bargaining Bot might be the better option.
