CrazyConvert:AI Bargaining Bot vs YouQuote: Request a Quote Formfor Shopify (2026)
CrazyConvert:AI Bargaining Bot and YouQuote: Request a Quote Form both aim to address pricing concerns and potentially convert hesitant customers, but they approach the challenge from vastly different angles. CrazyConvert employs an AI chatbot to negotiate prices in real-time, targeting customers who are on the fence due to price. It aims to bridge the gap between customer expectations and seller's pricing, focusing on automated price adjustments within predefined limits. On the other hand, YouQuote provides a more traditional "Request a Quote" form, enabling customers to initiate a price negotiation by explicitly requesting a custom quote for products or services. The fundamental difference lies in their interaction model: CrazyConvert is proactive and immediate, attempting to salvage potential sales during the shopping session. YouQuote is reactive and delayed, placing the onus on the customer to initiate the price discussion. CrazyConvert is more suitable for scenarios where standardized products or services allow for automated negotiation within set parameters. YouQuote works best for customized products, bulk orders, or services where pricing requires individual assessment and manual quoting. While both apps are rated 5/5, YouQuote has a significantly larger sample size of reviews, making its rating more credible.

Our Verdict
For merchants selling standardized products or services and looking for a hands-off approach to price negotiation, CrazyConvert:AI Bargaining Bot is the better option. Its AI-powered chatbot can automate the process of offering discounts and converting hesitant customers. However, the very low number of reviews makes the rating less trustworthy.
If you're selling customized products, handling bulk orders, or offering services where pricing requires individual consideration, YouQuote: Request a Quote Form is more suitable. It allows for a more personalized approach to pricing and enables you to provide accurate quotes based on specific customer needs. The higher number of reviews gives more confidence in the application.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to manage on a daily basis?
CrazyConvert is likely easier to manage daily, as its AI chatbot handles negotiations automatically based on predefined rules. YouQuote requires merchants to actively review and respond to each quote request.
Which app is better for increasing average order value?
CrazyConvert *could* increase average order value slightly if the AI is programmed to upsell or cross-sell during the negotiation. YouQuote's ability to provide custom quotes might lead to larger orders, especially for bulk purchases or complex projects, potentially increasing overall revenue but not necessarily average order value.
Which app is better for improving customer satisfaction?
Both apps can improve customer satisfaction, but in different ways. CrazyConvert can create a sense of getting a deal and personalized attention. YouQuote provides transparency and flexibility, allowing customers to negotiate prices and tailor their orders. The better option depends on the merchant's target audience and business model.
How do the costs of CrazyConvert and YouQuote compare (given no cost info)?
Without specific pricing information, it's impossible to directly compare the costs. However, consider the indirect costs. CrazyConvert's 'cost' is that it automatically gives discounts, and must be carefully tuned to avoid excessive price reductions. YouQuote's 'cost' is the merchant's time to evaluate and respond to quote requests.
What type of customer is each app targeting?
CrazyConvert targets customers who are hesitant to purchase due to price, aiming to close the sale quickly. YouQuote targets customers who are actively seeking the best possible price or require custom pricing for their specific needs, such as bulk orders or customized projects.
