CRM PLUS on LINE vs Enhance: Approve New Customersfor Shopify (2026)
CRM PLUS on LINE focuses on customer relationship management through LINE integration, enabling merchants to automate LINE messages based on customer data, Shopify tags, and events like abandoned checkouts. It also offers LINE Login (Shopify Plus only) and richer interactions through rich menus and Shopify Flow integration. Its strength lies in enhancing communication and marketing automation through a popular messaging platform. Target audience includes merchants seeking to leverage LINE for customer engagement, especially those with a strong Asian customer base. Enhance: Approve New Customers, on the other hand, centers on access control and customer validation. It allows merchants to manually verify new customer registrations, restrict access for guest users, and keep customers informed about their account status. This app aims to improve security and maintain stricter control over who can access the store. Its target audience is merchants needing enhanced security and control over user registrations, such as those selling sensitive products or operating membership-based stores. Our Verdict
CRM PLUS on LINE is the better choice for merchants who want to leverage LINE for marketing, customer support, and driving sales. It offers a rich set of features for automating communication and personalizing the customer experience through LINE. However, its complexity and dependence on LINE may be drawbacks for some.
Enhance: Approve New Customers is best suited for merchants prioritizing security and control over who accesses their store. It provides a simple solution for manually verifying customer registrations and preventing unauthorized access, but it lacks the sophisticated marketing and automation features of CRM PLUS on LINE. If security and controlled access are paramount, Enhance is a good fit. Otherwise, CRM PLUS on LINE provides significantly more powerful revenue driving functionalities, especially if a strong LINE presence is already established.
