CRM PLUS on LINE vs Login as Customer ‑ Pasilobusfor Shopify (2026)
CRM PLUS on LINE and Login as Customer ‑ Pasilobus target distinctly different aspects of customer accounts and login on Shopify. CRM PLUS on LINE focuses on leveraging the LINE messaging platform for customer communication and engagement. It positions itself as a tool to automate personalized messages based on customer data, such as abandoned checkouts, restock notifications, and targeted promotions using Shopify customer tags. It also offers LINE login integration for Shopify Plus merchants. In contrast, Login as Customer ‑ Pasilobus, despite lacking reviews or a detailed description, appears to be aimed at facilitating store administrators or customer support teams to directly log in as customers, likely for troubleshooting or order management purposes. The core difference lies in their functionality. CRM PLUS on LINE builds upon customer data to enhance customer relationships and drive sales through personalized communication on LINE. Its integration with Shopify Flow allows for advanced automation workflows. Login as Customer ‑ Pasilobus likely focuses on backend access and customer support efficiency. Given its zero rating and lack of user reviews, it's difficult to assess its actual performance or usability. The substantial difference in reviews indicates a much more established user base and a higher level of confidence in CRM PLUS on LINE.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to enhance customer engagement and drive sales through personalized LINE messaging, CRM PLUS on LINE is the clear choice. Its high rating, positive reviews, and robust feature set, including Shopify Flow integration and LINE login (for Shopify Plus), demonstrate its value. The initial setup support further enhances its appeal.
Login as Customer ‑ Pasilobus, given its lack of reviews and information, is difficult to recommend. While the ability to log in as a customer may be useful for specific troubleshooting scenarios, the absence of validation makes it a risky choice compared to CRM PLUS on LINE. Unless there are specific and critical requirements for admin access to customer accounts that CRM PLUS on LINE cannot fulfill, CRM PLUS on LINE is the far more reliable and feature-rich option.
