Our Verdict
Given the current state of both apps, CRM PLUS on LINE is the clear choice for merchants seeking to leverage LINE for customer communication. Its feature set, including automated messaging and customer tag targeting, offers tangible benefits for engagement and potential sales uplift. The higher rating and the presence of user reviews further solidify its position as a functional and potentially valuable tool. SureCust Forms Builder, Locks, with its zero rating, lack of clear features, and functionality concerns, cannot be recommended in its current form. Merchants should avoid this app until significant improvements are made and positive user feedback emerges. For Shopify Plus merchants heavily invested in the LINE ecosystem, CRM PLUS on LINE provides LINE Login integration, unavailable for non-Plus stores.
