In 2026, CRM PLUS on LINE and TextYess: WhatsApp Marketing offer distinct messaging solutions for Shopify merchants. CRM PLUS on LINE focuses on leveraging the LINE messaging platform, popular in specific Asian markets, for customer communication. Its strength lies in targeted messaging based on Shopify customer data and automation of tasks like abandoned checkout recovery, using features like Shopify customer tags and Shopify Flow integration. A key unique feature is its support for LINE Login integration, although this is limited to Shopify Plus merchants. TextYess: WhatsApp Marketing, on the other hand, is a broader WhatsApp marketing platform certified by Meta, providing comprehensive tools for campaigns, automations, and AI-powered customer service. Our Verdict
For merchants heavily focused on the Asian market, particularly where LINE is a dominant communication platform, CRM PLUS on LINE is the better choice. Its direct integration with LINE and targeted messaging capabilities provide a competitive edge. The LINE Login feature, although limited to Shopify Plus, adds another layer of integration for those merchants.
However, for merchants targeting a broader global audience and looking for a comprehensive WhatsApp marketing solution, TextYess: WhatsApp Marketing offers a more robust platform. Its AI-powered support, integration with multiple customer service platforms, and detailed analytics dashboard make it a valuable asset for scaling customer engagement and support efforts. TextYess is also generally more accessible to merchants not on the Shopify Plus plan.
