CRM PLUS on LINE focuses on leveraging LINE, a popular messaging app, for customer relationship management. It allows merchants to automate LINE messages based on customer data and actions within Shopify, such as abandoned checkouts or customer tags. Our Verdict
The choice between CRM PLUS on LINE and Wait.li depends heavily on the merchant's objective. If the goal is to improve customer retention and engagement within the LINE messaging platform, then CRM PLUS on LINE is the superior choice. The ability to automate messages based on customer behavior and leverage Shopify data is a significant advantage. However, for merchants focused on launching a new product and generating pre-launch buzz and customer acquisition, Wait.li is the clear winner. Its viral waiting list and referral features are specifically designed to achieve these goals.
A merchant could potentially use both apps, but at different stages of the product lifecycle. Wait.li would be implemented before launch, and CRM PLUS on LINE could be integrated after launch to engage with customers who have joined through the waiting list and beyond. However, most merchants will find that one app directly aligns with their primary business need more than the other.
