Our Verdict
For merchants actively seeking CRM strategy guidance and expert recommendations to improve their customer management, CRMammoth: your CRM team! might be appealing, assuming they are willing to put faith into a new, unrated app. However, the lack of reviews makes it difficult to assess its actual value. For merchants prioritizing professional communication, enhanced branding through custom email addresses, and simplified email management within the Shopify admin, CS - Business Email is the more suitable option. The 5/5 rating, though based on a limited number of reviews, suggests positive early experiences.
