Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Ests Inquire Pro appears to be the stronger choice for merchants in 2026. Its perfect 5/5 rating, albeit from a single review, indicates a positive user experience, contrasting sharply with CRMammoth's complete lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating. CRMammoth might appeal to merchants actively seeking in-depth CRM consulting and customization; however, the absence of any positive validation through reviews raises serious concerns. For merchants needing general support capabilities, or those prioritizing immediate positive feedback from other users, Ests Inquire Pro is the less risky option. More information is needed to make a fully informed decision about Ests Inquire Pro's specific functionalities.
