Crush: Speed & Image Optimizer vs SEOAnt：AI SEO &Image Optimizerfor Shopify (2026)
Crush: Speed & Image Optimizer and SEOAnt：AI SEO & Image Optimizer both aim to improve Shopify store speed and SEO, but they have distinct approaches. Crush emphasizes image compression and optimization, alongside image renaming for improved search engine discovery. It provides manual addition and compression capabilities for images Shopify may not provide direct access to, and allows A/B testing of compression algorithms. This positions Crush as a dedicated image optimization solution. SEOAnt, on the other hand, has higher number of reviews and more general SEO functions, likely including content optimisation and other beyond image-focused SEO improvements. It would likely be a more comprehensive SEO solution including image optimization. Given the headline includes 'AI', it likely uses AI for some of it's SEO optimizations as well, something Crush makes no mention of.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with image optimization to boost speed and SEO, and who appreciate manual control and A/B testing of compression algorithms, Crush: Speed & Image Optimizer is the better choice. Its focus on image renaming and manual addition of images provides granular control. If a merchant is seeking a more comprehensive SEO solution beyond image optimization, including possibly other SEO optimizations like content and keyword suggestions, SEOAnt：AI SEO & Image Optimizer is more likely the better option. The significantly higher number of reviews suggests wider adoption and potentially a broader feature set. The presence of 'AI' in SEOAnt's name also suggests the use of more modern, potentially effective SEO techniques.
