It’s ideal for merchants who want to build direct relationships with customers via WhatsApp. CRY ‑ AI Social Creatives may be suitable for merchants who struggle with social media content creation and want a tool that promises simplicity. However, the lack of reviews makes it a riskier choice. Merchants should carefully consider their marketing priorities – social media visuals or direct customer engagement – when making their decision. New merchants could be hesitant of CRY because of the zero ratings and reviews.
