Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a polished brand image and seeking to streamline their email communication, CS ‑ Business Email is a strong choice. The ability to create unlimited custom email addresses under their domain and manage them directly within the Shopify admin panel offers significant convenience and brand control. However, with only 3 reviews, it's important to consider the limited feedback.
LunaChat Conversion AI ChatBot is more suitable for merchants focused on driving sales through improved customer engagement and automated support. Its 24/7 availability, ability to answer complex queries, and product recommendation features make it a valuable tool for increasing conversion rates and reducing customer service costs. While its rating is slightly lower, the larger number of reviews (14) provides a more robust representation of user experience. The conversion tracking dashboard also offers tangible insights into its effectiveness.
