Our Verdict
If a merchant's priority is establishing a professional brand image through custom domain email addresses and managing emails within the Shopify admin, CS ‑ Business Email is the better choice. Its seamless integration and focus on email management are beneficial. However, given the very small number of reviews, it's important to approach it cautiously and investigate further. For merchants struggling to manage customer inquiries from multiple platforms and needing efficient customer support tools, Replyco ‑ eCommerce Helpdesk is the more suitable option. Despite its lower rating, the higher review count suggests a more established (albeit potentially more problematic) user base and a focus on solving a very specific, high-volume support problem. Replyco offers automation and a centralized inbox, making it a strong choice for growing businesses that need to scale their customer service efforts.
