Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to establish a professional and credible brand image through organized email communication, CS ‑ Business Email is the superior choice. Its ability to create custom email addresses and manage them directly from the Shopify admin panel offers a significant advantage in terms of brand consistency and operational efficiency. However, for businesses prioritizing immediate customer support and driving sales through direct conversations, WhatsApp Chat Button by ES might be more suitable, although its lack of reviews is a concern. Given the disparity in ratings and review counts, CS ‑ Business Email is the safer recommendation unless the specific need for WhatsApp integration is paramount.
