CS ‑ Delete Duplicate Products vs im•api (catalog)for Shopify (2026)
CS ‑ Delete Duplicate Products and im•api (catalog) both aim to improve product catalog management for Shopify merchants, but they address fundamentally different needs. This is ideal for merchants who struggle with data entry errors or who frequently merge product data from different sources. im•api (catalog), on the other hand, is designed for efficient product *import* from CSV files or ERP vendors. The core difference lies in their functionality: CS ‑ Delete Duplicate Products *cleans up* existing catalogs by removing redundancy, while im•api (catalog) *populates* or *updates* catalogs from external sources. While both touch on product catalog management, they serve distinct stages and scenarios. CS ‑ Delete Duplicate Products boasts a higher number of reviews, suggesting broader adoption.
