Curtain and Blind Calculator vs Tally ‑ Auto DTF Gangsheeterfor Shopify (2026)
Curtain and Blind Calculator and Tally ‑ Auto DTF Gangsheeter are both Shopify apps in the 'Custom products - Other' category, but they cater to vastly different needs. Curtain and Blind Calculator likely provides calculation tools for businesses selling custom window coverings. With a perfect 5/5 rating from 3 reviews, it suggests a highly satisfactory experience for its small user base. Tally, on the other hand, targets the Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing market, offering automated workflows from customer uploads to checkout. It handles design customization, auto-sizing, and gang sheet optimization. The lower rating (3.3/5) based on 2 reviews may indicate some areas for improvement, but its detailed description highlights a comprehensive feature set for streamlining DTF printing processes. Tally's focus on automating DTF printing tasks like gang sheet generation, sticker building, and background removal provides value to businesses involved in custom apparel and sticker printing. The 'Pay-Per-Print' pricing model and saved design functionality offer cost savings and convenience for repeat customers. While Curtain and Blind Calculator lacks a detailed description, its higher rating suggests it performs its core function effectively. The ideal choice between the two depends entirely on the type of custom product being offered. Curtain and Blind Calculator would be specific for curtain and blind calculations, whereas Tally aims to streamline automated DTF print workflows.

Our Verdict
For merchants selling custom curtains and blinds requiring accurate size calculations, Curtain and Blind Calculator is likely the better choice, especially given its perfect rating, even with a low review count. Its focused functionality suggests a simpler user experience. However, for businesses offering custom printed products using the DTF method, Tally ‑ Auto DTF Gangsheeter is the clear winner. Its extensive features, including auto gang sheets, sticker builder, and auto sizing, are specifically designed to streamline the DTF printing workflow and enhance the customer experience, potentially justifying the slightly lower rating. While a higher review count would provide more confidence, Tally addresses a specific need in the DTF printing sector that Curtain and Blind Calculator simply cannot fulfil.
