Our Verdict
The choice between Custlo and Singleton hinges on the merchant's primary objective. If the goal is to cultivate customer loyalty and enhance the account experience with personalization and upselling opportunities, Custlo is the clear choice. It provides a suite of features designed to keep customers engaged and coming back for more. However, if the priority is controlling access to the store and validating customers before they can view prices or make purchases, Singleton is the better option. This is particularly relevant for B2B businesses, membership sites, or businesses operating in regulated industries where verifying customer identity is crucial. While Singleton has a slightly higher rating and more reviews, the relevance depends entirely on the merchant's fundamental need.
