Our Verdict
Customer Accounts Deluxe is best suited for merchants who want to improve the customer experience directly on their Shopify store by providing a feature-rich and customizable customer account portal. Its strength lies in its comprehensive functionality and ease of setup within the existing webstore. Shopney, on the other hand, is ideal for merchants who see value in having a dedicated mobile app for their store, allowing them to leverage push notifications and a mobile-optimized shopping experience. While Shopney boasts a higher rating and significantly more reviews, the right choice depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs and strategy. Merchants looking to expand into the mobile app space will prefer Shopney, while merchants focused on optimizing their existing website will prefer Customer Accounts Deluxe.
