Our Verdict
Customer Accounts Pro is the superior choice for merchants looking to enrich their customer profiles and personalize the customer experience through enhanced registration and profile management. Its integration with Shopify metafields also makes it a seamless solution for data collection. GTOrderForm is more suitable for merchants who need to gather specific information related to individual orders through questionnaires. While GTOrderForm's concept is interesting, the lack of reviews is concerning. Merchants should proceed with caution and carefully evaluate their specific needs before choosing GTOrderForm. Customer Accounts Pro, while having a limited number of reviews, provides a better starting point given its focus on customer account management and available positive feedback.
