Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with enhancing their customer account experience and gathering more detailed customer information to personalize interactions, Customer Accounts Pro is the better choice. Its integration with Shopify metafields and focus on registration forms and profile fields make it ideal for this purpose. However, merchants needing a versatile form builder to create a wide range of forms, such as contact forms or surveys, might find Zeal FormFactory more suitable. While Zeal FormFactory has a lower rating and fewer reviews, its ability to generate diverse forms and send submissions as PDFs may outweigh these concerns for some users. Ultimately, the best choice depends on the merchant's specific form-building needs.
