Our Verdict
If you're primarily focused on selling products internationally and struggle with the complexities of commercial invoices, Customs Buddy is the clear choice. Its automation and focus on customs clearance will save you time and potentially money by avoiding delays. However, if you're more interested in understanding how users interact with your website and optimizing the online shopping experience, Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay is the superior option. Its visual analytics and AI-powered insights provide a comprehensive understanding of user behavior, leading to data-driven improvements in conversion rates. Lucky Orange provides value to almost any merchant, while Customs Buddy only provides value to those engaged in international sales.
Given the significantly larger review count and slightly higher rating of Lucky Orange, it's clearly a well-established and valued app. However, the niche focus of Customs Buddy, while indicated by lower reviews, may offer very targeted value to a smaller segment of merchants for whom international sales and customs compliance are a key concern.
