DC WhatsApp Marketing+Helpdesk vs Richpanel: AI Customer Supportfor Shopify (2026)
Both DC WhatsApp Marketing+Helpdesk and Richpanel: AI Customer Support aim to improve customer service for Shopify merchants in 2026, but they take different approaches. DC WhatsApp focuses on leveraging WhatsApp for both support and marketing automation, particularly with features built around the WhatsApp Business API, including green tick verification. It's positioned as a CRM that integrates multiple channels, notably prioritizing WhatsApp and associated marketing automations like abandoned cart recovery. Richpanel, conversely, markets itself as a comprehensive AI-first customer service platform designed to automate repetitive queries and centralize customer interactions across various channels with a strong emphasis on self-service capabilities and AI-powered assistance. The key difference lies in their core focus. DC WhatsApp appears geared towards merchants wanting to heavily utilize WhatsApp for customer engagement and sales, offering specific features like WhatsApp catalog integration and COD order verification. Richpanel presents a broader customer service solution, emphasizing self-service and handling multiple channels with an AI-powered approach to enhance agent productivity and reduce support costs. While both apps offer omnichannel support, DC WhatsApp's emphasis on WhatsApp marketing automation sets it apart from Richpanel's broader customer service automation focus.
