Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants heavily invested in WhatsApp marketing and seeking a centralized omnichannel helpdesk with advanced automation, DC WhatsApp Marketing+Helpdesk is the better choice. Its green tick verification and features like automated cart recovery, COD order confirmation, and product catalog integration make it a powerful tool. On the other hand, if a merchant's primary need is a simple live chat solution with basic AI chatbot capabilities, and they don't require extensive WhatsApp marketing automation, Willdesk: Live Chat&AI Chatbot might be a more suitable and potentially simpler option. Willdesk has significantly more reviews suggesting that it may have a wider user base.
