Dear‑Lover Dropshipping vs Inkedjoy ‑ Print On Demandfor Shopify (2026)
Dear‑Lover Dropshipping and Inkedjoy ‑ Print On Demand are both sourcing options for Shopify merchants but cater to distinct business models. Dear-Lover focuses on providing a readily available catalog of over 10,000 fashion items with fast delivery from local (US and China) warehouses. This app targets merchants wanting to quickly sell a pre-made fashion selection. It is attractive for businesses looking to test the fashion market without upfront design or inventory commitment. In contrast, Inkedjoy specializes in Print On Demand (POD), offering over 1,500 products that can be customized with unique designs. The key strength lies in its custom branding options, including labels and packaging without minimum order quantities. This makes it ideal for merchants seeking to build a brand with unique designs across various product categories. The POD model removes the need for managing inventory, focusing efforts on design and marketing. Therefore, Inkedjoy is a better fit for Shopify stores aiming to build a design-focused brand.

Our Verdict
For merchants wanting to quickly launch a fashion store with readily available products and fast shipping, Dear‑Lover Dropshipping is the better choice. The large catalog and local warehouses provide a simple way to start selling fashion items.
However, for merchants who want to create a brand identity with custom designs and a wide variety of products, Inkedjoy ‑ Print On Demand is the superior option. The custom branding options and no-minimum order quantities for labels and packaging are crucial for building a unique brand experience and offering a diverse range of products that reflect the brand's aesthetic.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Both apps claim easy setup. Dear-Lover focuses on importing pre-made products into your store, whereas Inkedjoy's ease of use comes from its design tools and store connection. The 'easier' app depends on whether a merchant prefers product selection or design creation.
Which app offers better profit margins?
Inkedjoy claims to offer 'competitive pricing, better margins.' Dear-Lover focuses on 'low cost, no store inventory.' It's hard to make direct comparison because it depends on the items chosen. However, Inkedjoy highlights this as a key feature, it is implied their profit margins are better.
Which app is better for building a brand?
Inkedjoy is significantly better for building a brand due to its custom branding options, including labels and packaging, without minimum order quantities. Dear-Lover offers limited branding options and focuses on providing an existing product catalog.
Which app has faster shipping?
Dear-Lover likely has faster shipping for customers in the US due to its USA warehouse and partnerships with major carriers (UPS, DHL, etc.). Inkedjoy's shipping speed depends on print and delivery times, which are inherently longer.
What kind of products does each app support?
Dear-Lover specializes in fashion apparel (over 10,000 items, with daily additions). Inkedjoy supports over 1,500 products suitable for print on demand, including t-shirts, wall art, and home decor.
