Our Verdict
OrderSplit Pro is likely better suited for Shopify merchants who require advanced order management capabilities, particularly those with complex fulfillment scenarios involving multiple warehouses, vendors, or needing to split orders based on various criteria. Its higher rating suggests better user satisfaction. Delhivery ‑ Logistics Platform is a better choice for merchants specifically targeting the Indian market, needing a comprehensive logistics platform with extensive pin code coverage, COD remittance services, and RTO prediction features. However, the lower rating suggests potential drawbacks in user experience or reliability that need to be considered before choosing it.
Common Questions
What is the main difference between Delhivery and OrderSplit Pro?
Delhivery is a logistics platform focused on shipping and delivery, while OrderSplit Pro focuses on optimizing order fulfillment by splitting orders based on different criteria.
Which app is better for merchants shipping internationally?
While Delhivery mentions international orders, its core strength is deliveries within India. OrderSplit Pro helps optimize the fulfillment process regardless of where the products are being shipped but does not directly offer shipping services. A merchant shipping internationally will likely need both apps, and will require to do some more investigation to decide whether Delhivery will fit their needs for international orders.
Which app is easier to use?
Based on the higher rating of 5/5 for OrderSplit Pro, it's likely easier to use than Delhivery, which has a lower rating of 2.1/5. However, this is just an inference based on the rating and it would be helpful to read the reviews to get an idea of the user experience for both apps.
Does OrderSplit Pro provide shipping services?
No, OrderSplit Pro focuses on order splitting and fulfillment routing, not shipping services. It prepares the orders for shipping, but doesn't handle the actual delivery.
Can Delhivery handle complex fulfillment scenarios like splitting orders?
Delhivery's primary focus is on delivery and logistics. It does not appear to offer order splitting capabilities as a core feature. OrderSplit Pro is specifically designed for that purpose.
