Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers vs Disputelyfor Shopify (2026)
Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers and Disputely both aim to reduce fraud and chargebacks for Shopify merchants in 2026. However, their approaches and current user perception differ significantly. Deliverlitics focuses specifically on 'delivery scams' and 'friendly fraud' using AI to analyze merchant-side data like returns and support messages, enabling targeted prevention. It emphasizes identifying repeat scammers and trusted customers for a more nuanced approach. Disputely, on the other hand, positions itself as a comprehensive chargeback management and prevention platform, connecting to various processors, CRMs, and sales tools for fully automated protection against a broader range of issues like double billing and payment holds. The primary difference lies in their focus and level of automation. Deliverlitics offers customized fraud responses and appears to give merchants more control over the actions taken based on risk levels. Disputely highlights its 'no manual work' approach, suggesting a more hands-off, fully automated system. Deliverlitics is starting off with a better user rating (5/5 with 7 reviews), whereas Disputely currently has a rating of 0/5 with no reviews, indicating it may be a newer or less established app. Deliverlitics also offers a free trial (First 100 Delivery Scams Free!), which is a good selling point to attract new customers to try out their services.

Our Verdict
Based on the information available, Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers is likely the better choice for merchants specifically struggling with delivery scams and 'friendly fraud', especially those who want more control over the fraud response and appreciate the ability to identify repeat offenders and trusted customers. The positive initial reviews and free trial offer further strengthen its appeal.
Disputely, despite its lack of reviews, could be a better option for merchants seeking a fully automated, comprehensive chargeback management solution that integrates with multiple platforms. However, the absence of user feedback makes it difficult to assess its effectiveness. Merchants considering Disputely should carefully evaluate the integration options and consider contacting the developers for a demo or trial period to ensure it meets their needs.
