Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers vs Dodgeballfor Shopify (2026)
Both Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers and Dodgeball aim to prevent fraud on Shopify stores, but they take different approaches. Deliverlitics focuses specifically on delivery scams and 'friendly fraud,' leveraging merchant-side data like returns and support messages to identify repeat offenders and high-risk orders *before* fulfillment. Their strength lies in proactively identifying and blocking potential scams related to delivery, appealing to merchants significantly impacted by these issues. Dodgeball, conversely, offers a broader, more comprehensive fraud prevention solution covering the entire customer purchase path, from initial click to transaction. Our Verdict
If a merchant is specifically struggling with delivery scams and 'friendly fraud' and wants a solution that automatically flags high-risk orders based on their internal data, Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers is the better choice. The 'First 100 Delivery Scams Free' offer also provides an attractive trial period. However, if a merchant needs a more comprehensive and customizable fraud prevention system that covers the entire customer journey and integrates with other fraud engines, Dodgeball is likely the more suitable option, despite having fewer reviews. The drag-and-drop interface suggests more control, appealing to merchants who want to actively manage their fraud policies.
