Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers vs Fraud Falcon ‑ Block & Preventfor Shopify (2026)
Both Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers and Fraud Falcon ‑ Block & Prevent aim to help Shopify merchants combat fraud and chargebacks, but they approach the problem with different methodologies. Deliverlitics positions itself as an AI-powered solution focused on identifying and stopping delivery scams specifically, leveraging merchant-side data like returns and support messages to detect patterns missed by traditional fraud filters. This suggests a higher level of automation and a focus on repeat offenders in delivery contexts. Fraud Falcon, on the other hand, emphasizes user control and customization. It provides a rule-based system where merchants define conditions to block orders based on various factors, including Shopify risk level, email type, and IP address. Fraud Falcon's strength lies in its flexibility and setup wizard, which guides merchants in creating tailored fraud rules. It seems geared towards merchants who want granular control over their fraud prevention strategy and prefer a proactive, rule-driven approach. Deliverlitics seems better suited for merchants struggling specifically with delivery scams and seeking an automated solution that learns from their existing data. The "First 100 Delivery Scams Free!" offer suggests a try-before-you-buy approach for assessing its effectiveness. Both cater to different comfort levels with AI automation vs. manual configuration.
