Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers vs QuantChargeback Alertsfor Shopify (2026)
Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers and QuantChargeback Alerts both aim to reduce fraud and chargebacks for Shopify merchants in 2026, but they approach the problem differently. Deliverlitics focuses on preventing *delivery* scams specifically by analyzing merchant-side data such as returns and support messages to identify risky orders *before* fulfillment. It targets merchants struggling with 'friendly fraud' related to delivery issues and offers customizable fraud response actions. QuantChargeback Alerts, conversely, uses Ethoca, Verifi services and AI to detect and respond to disputes instantly, issuing refunds to prevent chargebacks from occurring in the first place. The primary difference lies in their proactive versus reactive approach and the type of fraud they target. Deliverlitics aims to prevent losses before they happen, while QuantChargeback Alerts focuses on mitigating chargebacks that have already been initiated. Furthermore, Deliverlitics leverages merchant-specific data for risk assessment, whereas QuantChargeback Alerts relies on external services like Ethoca and Verifi. Given the limited data available for QuantChargeback Alerts (no reviews), it's difficult to fully assess its effectiveness, making Deliverlitics appear as the more established solution, despite its limited review count.

Our Verdict
Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers is better suited for merchants specifically struggling with delivery-related fraud and looking for a proactive solution that leverages their internal data to identify and prevent fraudulent orders before they are fulfilled. Its customizability allows merchants to tailor the fraud response to their specific needs. The 'First 100 Delivery Scams Free!' offer suggests a good way to test the app's effectiveness.
QuantChargeback Alerts, while potentially offering broader chargeback protection through Ethoca and Verifi integration, lacks social proof and user feedback. It's designed for merchants prioritizing rapid response and automated refunds to prevent chargebacks that are already in progress. Without any ratings or reviews, it's difficult to recommend QuantChargeback Alerts over Deliverlitics at this time. Therefore, for merchants facing significant delivery scam losses, Deliverlitics is the clear choice, whereas QuantChargeback Alerts remains unproven.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on the descriptions, Deliverlitics might be easier to set up initially as it leverages existing merchant data. QuantChargeback Alerts requires integration with Ethoca and Verifi, which may involve a more complex setup process. However, this is only inferred from the descriptions as no direct ease of use metrics are provided.
Which app is more cost-effective?
Without pricing information for either app, it's impossible to determine which is more cost-effective. Deliverlitics offers a free trial, while QuantChargeback Alerts' pricing is unknown. A merchant must compare the full cost, including any transaction fees or subscription costs, against the potential savings from reduced fraud and chargebacks.
Which app offers more comprehensive chargeback protection?
QuantChargeback Alerts claims to offer more comprehensive protection due to its integration with Ethoca and Verifi, which provide broad coverage against various types of chargebacks. Deliverlitics focuses specifically on delivery scams, so it may not address other types of chargebacks as effectively.
Does Deliverlitics integrate with Ethoca or Verifi?
The provided data does not mention any integration between Deliverlitics and Ethoca or Verifi. It focuses on analyzing merchant-side data to detect fraudulent patterns.
Which app is better for a new store with limited historical data?
QuantChargeback Alerts might be a slightly better fit for a new store, as it uses external services like Ethoca and Verifi. Deliverlitics relies on historical merchant data, which a new store won't have. However, with zero reviews or ratings, its effectiveness is uncertain compared to Deliverlitics, which has some positive feedback and a free trial.
