Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers vs Verdivo ‑ Chargeback Managerfor Shopify (2026)
Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers and Verdivo ‑ Chargeback Manager both target fraud prevention for Shopify merchants in 2026, but they approach the problem from different angles and cater to distinct needs. Deliverlitics focuses on proactively identifying and blocking potentially fraudulent orders *before* fulfillment by analyzing merchant-side data to spot repeat scammers and high-risk behaviors missed by traditional fraud filters. Their approach centers around preventing delivery scams specifically. Verdivo, on the other hand, is a reactive chargeback management tool, automating the process of responding to and recovering revenue from chargebacks that have already occurred. Verdivo streamlines the chargeback process by integrating with Shopify, payment processors, and services like Verifi RDR and Ethoca to automate responses and evidence submission. This targets merchants burdened by the time and complexity of handling chargebacks. Deliverlitics, with its AI-powered analysis of internal data, would benefit merchants experiencing significant losses from delivery scams and 'friendly fraud', where proactive blocking can save costs. However, Deliverlitics has a significantly higher number of reviews, suggesting potentially greater community trust or longer time on the market, but should also be interpreted with caution since both numbers are low.

Our Verdict
For merchants heavily impacted by delivery scams and 'friendly fraud', Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers is likely the better choice. Its proactive approach to flagging risky orders before fulfillment can prevent losses before they occur. The free trial of 100 delivery scams stopped is a good way to test its effectiveness. However, due to the small number of reviews, merchants might proceed with caution and carefully monitor its performance. For merchants struggling with the time-consuming and complex process of managing chargebacks, Verdivo ‑ Chargeback Manager offers a more streamlined, automated solution. Its integrations with key payment processors and chargeback services make it easier to manage and recover revenue from existing chargebacks.
Common Questions
What type of fraud does each app primarily address?
Deliverlitics focuses specifically on delivery scams and 'friendly fraud' that occur after an order has been placed, targeting merchants experiencing post-purchase fraud. Verdivo focuses on managing chargebacks, regardless of the underlying reason for the chargeback.
Does Deliverlitics help with chargebacks directly?
While Deliverlitics aims to prevent fraud that leads to chargebacks, it doesn't appear to offer direct chargeback management features. Its focus is on preventing the need for chargebacks in the first place.
Does Verdivo prevent fraud before it happens?
Verdivo's primary function is to manage existing chargebacks, although it mentions utilizing Verifi RDR and Ethoca to avoid future chargebacks. It's less focused on actively preventing fraudulent orders from being placed.
Which app is easier to integrate?
Verdivo explicitly states seamless integrations with Shopify and payment processors with 'a few clicks,' suggesting a potentially easier integration process. Deliverlitics' integration process is not explicitly stated, but is implied to need access to merchant-side data, so this should be investigated before deciding.
Which app provides more comprehensive fraud protection?
It depends on the merchant's specific needs. Deliverlitics offers more targeted protection against delivery scams using internal data analysis, while Verdivo offers broader protection against chargebacks from various sources through automation of the entire chargeback process.
