Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers vs Yofifor Shopify (2026)
Both Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers and Yofi address the problem of fraud for Shopify merchants in 2026, specifically focusing on delivery scams and return abuse, respectively. Deliverlitics positions itself as an AI-powered solution that analyzes merchant-side data to proactively identify and block high-risk orders before fulfillment, targeting delivery-related fraud like 'friendly fraud.' Yofi, on the other hand, emphasizes protecting brands from return fraud and policy abuse by identifying fraudsters and empowering customer experience representatives with risk scores and decision rationale. While both apps share the goal of reducing revenue loss, they approach the problem from different angles: Deliverlitics focuses on prevention *before* fulfillment, while Yofi concentrates on mitigating losses related to returns and policy abuse *after* a purchase has been made.

Our Verdict
Choosing between Deliverlitics: Stop Scammers and Yofi depends on the specific fraud challenges a merchant faces. If the primary concern is 'friendly fraud' and delivery scams leading to chargebacks, Deliverlitics is the better option due to its proactive, prevention-oriented approach. Its focus on analyzing merchant data for early detection makes it well-suited for businesses looking to stop fraudulent orders before they are fulfilled. Conversely, if a merchant's primary issue is return fraud and policy abuse, Yofi is the more appropriate choice. Its emphasis on identifying fraudsters and empowering CX reps with risk scores makes it ideal for managing and mitigating losses associated with returns. It’s difficult to declare a definitive “winner” without knowing the merchant's specific needs, but Deliverlitics offers a more compelling initial value proposition with its explicit offer of "First 100 Delivery Scams Free!"
