Delm ‑ Estimated Delivery Date vs EDDer: Estimated Delivery Datefor Shopify (2026)
Delm ‑ Estimated Delivery Date and EDDer: Estimated Delivery Date both aim to solve the crucial problem of providing customers with estimated delivery dates on Shopify stores. EDDer, with its more descriptive listing and higher number of reviews (130 compared to Delm's 49), positions itself as a solution to increase trust and urgency by answering the common customer question: "When can I get my order?". EDDer specifically targets merchants looking for broad placement of the delivery estimate (product page, cart, checkout, success page, and email) and offers advanced customization based on product, collection, country, inventory, and scheduling (days off, cut-off times, holidays). Delm, while boasting a perfect 5-star rating, lacks a detailed description, making it harder to understand its specific advantages.

Our Verdict
For merchants who need a comprehensive solution with extensive customization options and delivery estimates across multiple touchpoints, EDDer: Estimated Delivery Date appears to be the stronger choice. Its broader feature set and higher review count suggest a more robust and widely used application, despite the slightly lower rating. However, if a merchant requires a simpler solution and values a perfect rating above all else, and the features they need are confirmed to be available in Delm, then Delm might be suitable. The lack of a detailed description for Delm makes it difficult to recommend confidently without further information.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on the limited information, Delm is likely easier to set up due to its simpler, less feature-rich profile. EDDer, with its numerous customization options, may require more configuration.
Which app provides more accurate delivery estimates?
EDDer likely provides more accurate delivery estimates due to its integration with inventory levels and scheduling features like days off and cut-off times. The accuracy of Delm's estimates is unknown.
Which app offers better value for money?
The value for money depends on the merchant's needs. If a merchant needs all the features offered by EDDer, it provides better value. If a merchant only needs basic delivery estimates, Delm might be more cost-effective, assuming it's less expensive.
Which app is better for international stores?
EDDer is better for international stores because it allows for different date displaying rules based on country and displays delivery date messages with formats in popular languages.
Which app is more trustworthy?
