However, Local delivery + Pickup ‑ SE has nearly double the number of reviews (97 vs 49), suggesting a larger user base and potentially more real-world testing. Delm likely focuses primarily on providing accurate delivery estimates, whereas Local delivery + Pickup ‑ SE offers a comprehensive suite of tools for managing local deliveries and store pickups, including scheduling, route optimization, driver management, and customer notifications. This means Local delivery + Pickup ‑ SE is aimed at merchants managing a fleet of drivers or fulfilling a significant volume of local orders and needing more sophisticated delivery management tools. Local delivery + Pickup ‑ SE clearly positions itself as a solution for businesses needing robust local delivery and pickup capabilities. Its feature set extends beyond simple delivery date estimations to include AI-powered route planning, real-time tracking, a driver app, barcode scanning, and Zapier integration.
